Unconventional Flavour combinations

  • 1
    Mint & mustard

The freshness of mint marries beautifully with the kick of mustard - a great way to spice lamb.

  • 2
    Orange zest & rosemary

Aromatic rosemary loves the sweetness of orange zest - a different and delicious way to spice salmon.

  • 3
    Cinnamon & thyme

The warmth of cinnamon is the perfect flavour combination for earthy thyme - a great tasting spice for chicken.

Bake it Naked

Sometimes less is more. A naked cake is a delicious dessert that lacks the traditional frosting or marzipan edges. Distinct, visible layers expose the beautiful textures and colours of the flavours inside. Bake it with steam for taller layers and a fluffier, more professional result.

Dressed to impress with chocolate

For a refreshing post-meal bite, cleanse your palettes with this simple treat - frozen chocolate-dipped mint leaves. They are great on their own or as a garnish for other desserts like ice cream and cakes. Melting chocolate with the delicate heat of an induction hob is simple, enjoy smooth professional results without using complicated methods like water baths. hy not try other leaves for a different experience? We suggest basil, sage and lavender flowers.

  • 1
    Melt the chocolate

Use an induction hob to gently melt 1/2 cup of dark chocolate until it is smooth and uniform.

  • 2
    Dip mint leaves

Dip your fresh mint leaves into the chocolate, holding on to the stem side with your fingers or kitchen tweezers.

  • 3
    Freeze

Place the leaves on a parchment-covered baking sheet, and place in freezer, until hardened, for about 30 minutes. Use a blast chiller for faster and better results.
