Resolution:
1. Run the decalcifying procedure:
- Decalcifying is recommended every three months for best performance.
- Fill the kettle with water and decalcifier according to decalcifier product instructions.
- Do not boil the solution as it could foam over.
- Afterwards, rinse kettle thoroughly with fresh water.
Cause:
- Too much limescale at the base of the kettle.
