Issue:
- Portable air conditioner displays code A5 or E5
- Error code A5 (AS)
- Error code E5 (ES)

Resolution:
1. Contact Authorized Service Center.
Cause:
- If the display reads "A5" , the room temperature sensor has failed
- If the display reads "E5" , the evaporator temperature sensor has failed
