Starter Smoothie
Give the smoothie a shot
as a starter!
Surprise your guests with a different kind of appetizer! A refreshing cool smoothie sits perfect before dinner. Try doing it the Edin Dzemat way or tweak it to make your very own creation. The possibilities are endless.
Ingredients
4 servings
- 100 g honeydew melon
- spinach 50 g
- 1/2 fresh mango (or 175 g frozen mango)
- 1/4 cucumber
- 2 1/4 cups almond milk
Directions:
- Cut the melon, mango and cucumber into pieces and blend them in the Masterpiece blender together with the spinach. Add the almond milk.
- Use the smoothie program on Masterpiece blender and let it run until the smoothie has a lovely green colour and a creamy consistency.
- Pour your starter smoothie in a tall glass and serve with a straw.
Tip!
Combine the appetizer with some salty snacks such as parmesan crisps. In case you are planning to serve it for breakfast, try to flavour with 2 teaspoons of honey!
